About Me
-
Fun, energetic, kind, honest and interesting are some characteristics that I hope would suitably describe me
-
I was born to incredible parents as Sasha Gillian Ferguson in Talara, Peru
-
My roots ~several generations~ are from Trinidad and Tobago
-
After Peru and Trinidad, I continued my “growing up” in Florida
-
By chance, we were married on the same date as my Great Grandparents, 92 years later on April 17, 2004
-
I wore the same necklace my Great Grandmother wore on her wedding day
-
My wedding band is my Great Grandfather’s
-
Mike and I liked each other so much, we started out with Ingo, the dog, and ended up with two boys, Aidan and Oliver
-
I love his romantic and poetic side
-
My education is in engineering, however, my personality type and heart likes to fight that stereotype
-
After 14 years of practicing yoga, it finally struck that I should teach and share the love
-
My favorite time of day is very early in the morning when all are still asleep and the world seems quiet and at peace
-
I could have fun anywhere and with almost anyone ~ I am a true people person
-
I have a problem with sugar ~ I like it too much
-
I love to floss my teeth
-
My husband thinks I am a clean freak, I think he is dirty ~ somehow it works
-
I think I was born with an excess amount of tear ducts
-
Mountain biking, gardening, dancing, skiing, camping, cooking, swimming in the ocean are other loves I have
-
I suffer with nostalgia
-
My family is insanely important to me ~ and many of my friends are like family to me
-
I strongly believe in Karma ~ Just be good and you will receive good
-
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!

Thanks for the words, Todd! I am learning from the pro – you. well, regarding the blogging part, not the yoga
Although, when I am home next, I will have to teach you some yoga for sure – no escaping next time. p.s. did you see the EC Design “shout out” in one of my posts?
